All items ship via Canada Post Xpress.
If you are outside Canada, your order may be subject to import fees or duties, which the customer is solely responsible for.
All dresses are made to order. We begin cutting, sewing, and packaging your dress after you purchase. This process - start to finish - happens in our studio here on the West Coast of Canada. We aim to ship your dress(es) within two weeks of receiving your order. If you need it rushed, please email us at email@example.com and we will let you know what we can do.
Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a tracking number.

These timelines are estimates only. Once the package has been shipped, it is out of our control.
