SHIPPING

All orders ship free to Canada and USA.

Rest of the world: free shipping on orders $300+, orders less than this incur a $20 shipping fee.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of order.

Standard shipping is via your local post with tracking.

Express shipping is via DHL with tracking.

Additional import duties, fees, or charges are not included and may apply. These fees vary among countries and unfortunately we have no control over this. Please contact your local customs office to learn more. 

RETURNS

We accept returns or exchanges. In the event that you would like to exchange or return your new item, please email us at info@jacobajane.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with our address to ship your item back to and any applicable return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Please ensure that the garment is a non-sale item, in unwashed, unworn, re-saleable with no markings, and brand new condition, with the tag on. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet this criteria. 

Please note we cannot be responsible for return shipping costs if you choose to return your order. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be a non-sale item, re-saleable with no visible markings, unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with the tag on. Returns without confirmation will not be accepted.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. All returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Item/s are in original condition, unworn and unwashed
• Item/s have no visible markings
• All tags are still in place and attached
• Item is re-saleable 
• Item/s have been purchased from jacobajane.com
• Item/s are not marked as final sale

Any item/s that do not meet these conditions will not be valid for any return and will be returned to sender at the customers’ expense. If you chose to upgrade your shipping at checkout, this fee is nonrefundable. We are happy to answer any questions. Please email info@jacobajane.com

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please note that all custom orders are not eligible for exchange or refund. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping costs or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes. Any conversion loss will not be covered within the refund process. 

SALE & LAST CHANCE

All products marked as Sale & Last Chance are final sale.

GIFT CARDS

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards do not expire and can be used for anything on jacobajane.com.
