All orders to Canada ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
Dress and blouse orders to all other countries ship via DHL Express, and scrunchie orders ship via USPS due to their smaller size.
Additional import duties, fees, or charges are not included and may apply. These fees vary among countries and unfortunately we have no control over this. Please contact your local customs office to learn more.
All items are made when you order. Please note this is different than custom made or bespoke. Click here to learn more.
We begin cutting, sewing, and packaging your new dress or blouse after you purchase. This process - start to finish - happens in our studio here on the West Coast of Canada. We aim to ship your order within one week unless otherwise noted. If you need it rushed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will let you know what we can do!
Once your order has shipped, you will be sent an email with a tracking number where you can follow your shipment's progress.

If you need an address change, please email email@example.com immediately. If your order has been mailed before we receive the address change request, we regret that we will be unable to reimburse you. Thank you for understanding that we are a small company and will do all we can.

We accept returns or exchanges. In the event that you would like to exchange or return your new item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 14 days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the garment is in unwashed, unworn, and brand new condition. As a small brand, we cannot be responsible for return shipping costs.
Every order is very important to us (not in the way your bank says with an automated voice and a 3 hour call wait time). We will do absolutely everything in our power to make sure you love your new piece.
